After 43 years of being married to her best friend, Ms. P suffered a spinal bleed, one of only 36 recorded cases, which left her in a wheelchair for the next 5 months. She worked hard and with the help of her doctors, Ms. P learned to walk, dance, and smile again. Her appreciation for those abilities cannot be explained with words. In honor of her recovery, Ms. P’s husband gave her a session at Belle Boudoir to help her feel as beautiful as he knows she is.

At “66 years young. This was the most wonderful experience” for Ms. P. She “felt gently cared for” and appreciated Cheryl’s professionalism. Cheryl “knows how to bring out beauty from within. 2015 Christmas Cut-Off Dates

If you have thought about surprising that special someone in your life with boudoir for Christmas – please keep the following dates in mind to ensure your gift is ready in time for Christmas. November and December are the busiest months at our studio all year so book your session now.

~~November 25th~~ EXTENDED: November 30th

This is the final day to complete your session and have your book, prints, or product ready* before Christmas.

December 15th

You can still have your book, prints, or product ready* before Christmas if you complete your session on or before this date. But, there will be an additional a $100 rush fee added to your order. Digital images can be delivered before Christmas without a rush fee. And don’t forget, you get to take a complimentary 4×6 print home after your session!

December 20th

Procrastinating? We’re all occasionally guilty of it. 🙂 This is the last day to have purchased digital images retouched and electronically delivered before Christmas without a rush fee. We have lots of ideas of how you can deliver these digital goodies — just ask us! We can also have your book, prints, or product ready* by the 25th with a $350 rush fee.

Eyeliner for Prominent Eyes

A prominent shaped eye is typically defined by being large and round with a good amount of lid space – think Beyonce and Katy Perry. Some makeup artists refer to prominent eyes as “makeup eyes” because this shape can hold a lot of makeup and looks great no matter what makeup application you choose. If you were one of the women blessed with this incredible eye shape, you can rest assured with one simple fact: there is not an eyeliner shape or style out there that you cannot pull off. You were born with the holy grail of eye shapes. Wether you want to evoke the spirit of Audrey Hepburn or Adam Lambert circa 2009, you will look fantastic. Winged liner, smokey liner, thick line, thin line, smudged liner, dropped liner, and of course the classic line. They will all look incredible and allow you to play up your eyes in different ways. So next time you reach for you eye pencil, think about trying a different shape or thickness. You just might find a new eyeliner application you’ll love.

Coca Cola for texture?

It sounds crazy but I have heard that Coca-Cola adds texture to limp and lifeless hair. Coca Cola – the overly acidic beverage that people use to clean their fireplaces is going to give my hair texture? I had to put it to the test to see if it works and…wait for it…it does! The acid in the soda actually helps to bring out your hairs natural texture and makes it appear fuller. If you are feeling brave and want to give it a try, here is how to do it:

You can use wet or dry hair but if your hair is more damaged, I recommend wetting it first so that it absorbs less of the coca-cola.
Use a 2 Liter to ensure that you entirely saturate your hair
Beginning at the roots, pour the entire contents of the 2 Liter over your locks and do not rinse
Style as usual
