When Miss R walked into the Belle Boudoir photography studio, she had no idea what she was getting herself into. She had decided that although a boudoir session was significantly beyond her level of comfort, that it would be an awesome gift for her boyfriend. When she arrived she was nervous, a tad scared of the unknown process of a professional photo shoot, and not completely confident that our hair and makeup artist, @NikomaSouza would know how to work with her naturally curly African American hair.

For most our clients, having 1.5-2hrs of hair and makeup prior to their shoot, allows time to calm down a bit, settle into their experience, and bring out their inner sex kitten. This is exactly what happened with Miss R. *rawr*

By the time Miss R was done with hair and makeup, she was dancing and prancing around the studio in excitement. She felt beautiful. She felt confident. She felt SEXY. Miss R had no reservations putting on a skintight one piece, thigh highs, and sky high heels. She arched her back and pointed her toes like a pro (with incredible direction from our Photographer, @CherylJones).

At the end of the day, Miss R left with more than an incredible gift for her boyfriend. She left with more confidence, more feminine empowerment, and more pep in her step than she had bargained for.
