Privacy is a concern to many of our clients. We have photographed school teachers, minister’s wives, medical professionals, and others who want to protect their identity. Thus, we’ve built in several safeguards to ensure that your privacy will be protected at all times, and you will have complete control over which images (if any) are released and where they appear.
First of all, other than e-mail correspondence, your full name will never be associated with your photos without your consent. All images are processed in house by the main photographer and archived the same. Your online proofing gallery automatically expires after 30 days and can only be accessed by a unique random-generated password sent to you. All images are hosted on a dedicated server that no one else has access too. You may also opt to come back to our studio for a private viewing session and bypass online proofing all together. Furthermore, many of our most popular products are designed to be discreet so that you can safely store your accordions, folios, and albums in your homes.
All of the images that you see on this website are used with permission. After your session, you will have the opportunity to grant us permission to use any images, specific images or no images at all. You may also let us know how and where they may be used. For example, you may opt to allow your images to be used as studio samples and in promotional materials (i.e. brochure), but not on our website or blog. We will never use an image from your session without your consent.
You always have the right to keep all images private, however because we exercise new skills and stretch ourselves creatively with every session, we really really LOVE to share our work with new clients!! As a thank you to those who give us useage permission, we will send you all of the screen resolution digital images for your future viewing.
